3. Cancellations & Pre payments
You should make any cancellations or amendments to your reservation using the same channel through which you booked,
either online or by telephone. At the moment of the reservation, client should pre paid 30% of the full payment.
The cancellations and amendments policy that applies to your reservation will depend on the time of booking.
- • During July & August, cancellation should be notified 14 days prior to arrival.
- • During June & September, cancellation should be notified 7 days prior to arrival.
- • During the remaining months of the year, cancellation should be made 4 days prior to arrival.
When the client cancels the reservation within the cancellation period, Martiness Hotel refunds the client the pre paid value.
When the client doesn’t respect to the cancellation period, Martiness Hotel doesn’t refund the client.
